Maggie Mae is officially one, and has had a party, her shots but is still missing her 1 year old portraits (i know, i know, there's no excuse, but the weather has been so windy/rainy/snowy, that we haven't had a day to get outside for the portraits)
Her party was a family breakfast, we're trying to establish new traditions and relieve some of the stress that family get togethers can bring, and a breakfast was so much less work than an evening party. Don't worry, we still had cake!
We wanted to keep the gifts simple, so she got 1 or 2 toys and her 1 year old blanket (made by mom) and her favorite snacks.
